have set up my windows mail to access newsgroups and have downloaded and registered alt.binze, can download to program but keep getting 'could not connect 502 NNTP.
I have set up the server with 2 moptions, I am with ntl so I have set up news.ntlworld.com, which is part of virgin so I have also set up news.virginmedia.com, both are set up as primary. can anybody tell me where I am going wrong, all help gratefully accepted.

the reason for could not connect is most likely that the authentication did not go through. also u are using pretty uncommun servers. if u seriously wanna use the binary part of usenet there is know way i know of other then getting a premium usenet provider see:
