help please

Hi I am new to this, I got everyhting going but when I download, it goes very fast, it downloaded over 4gigs in under an hour(plus I have very slow connection, so this is impossible). but when the download finished the file just disappeared, what can I do to fix this.

Well, for a start, don't try to download 4 GB while you're still testing your set-up.  Start with a small file until you're sure eveything's working properly.

Secondly, enable detailed logging and follow the messages on the Log tab.  These will usually tell you everything you need to know about what is or isn't working.  The behaviour you describe is most likely because the files you're looking for can't be found on your server, so Alt.binz is skipping them and moving on to the next ones.  Your log will tell you when it does this.

So you need to investigate your server settings, and make sure your server has long enough retention for the files you're trying to download.
