Is there a way to increase the number of reults from an RSS feed. I have a feed from nzbmatrix but its oly showing 15 can this be increased.

That's determined entirely by the feed itself, and not Alt.Binz.  Sometimes it can be set in the feed url, e.g.:

http://www.newzleech.com/rss.php?n=80&g=alt.binaries.multimedia&s=mm@EFNet

.. where n=80 sets the number of results.  It all depends.
