Icons and text at top of program not spaced enough

Hello,

I'm afraid to admit it, but now that I've gotten a bigger monitor for the desk and increased the standard windows font to 120% dpi, the text under the main program icons now runs into the next icon. Is there anyway to space them out more.

Here is a snapshot, Download/Connect/Cleanup/Schedule/Shutdown are the problems here:
 

Sorry I couldn't find this myself if it's been answered before.
