New to the alt.binz interface

First off I would like to say hi...just registered and started using alt.binz....

Second...i have a question that i assume might be pretty basic but i am still unsure off

After inserting my nzbs to my download queue and the status says is 100% i navigate to my alt.binz default folder to retrieve my files.  some of the files are there but not all of them, even though my download queue says that each item's status is 100%.  Is there an extra step that i need to do to get these files.

Any help would be awesome

For trouble-shooting, the first step is always to investigate your (detailed) Log for any error messages or the like.  Cross-reference with the PAR2 tab when trying to find out what happened with downloads.
