Title: NL SS Help?!

Ok this has been doing the same thing since I joined News Leech Super Search. I do a search with NLSS and get the Group Area with "Trial User. please subscribe to Suerpsearch....."

And then if I right click on the file the "Add" is grey'd out and can not add it to the que.

I know it is me and would like to know what I am doing wrong? I have the NLSS info filled out in the Settings but it keeps doing this...

your settings in setup->nlss must be wrong or invalid otherwise it would work.

Check your Supersearch LicenceID

Thanks. Got it working now. I was the LicenseID that was messed up. Fixed that and now everything is working fine...

Can close this one  :oops:
