Most ISPs don't carry Binaries. Get a payserver. You can only download files within your Providers retention

You have to buy an account with a usenetprovider.

You can find some here in our Provider section (https://www.altbinz.net/forum/index.php?board=10.0)

i would recomend testing an usenet provider depending on your needs in regards of retention.

i personaly would try hitnews, xlned or eweka for flarate providers they are all around 7 € a month up to 20 M/bit-Speed. test them first and see if you can get decent speed since your provider openly describes how they are monitoring/limiting bandwidth...: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/quality_broadband/traffic_prioritisation.shtml (http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/quality_broadband/traffic_prioritisation.shtml)

if the speed sucks and speed matters a lot to you you might try secure tunnel https://www.secure-tunnel.com/ (https://www.secure-tunnel.com/) haven't tried it, but might be a help. lastly live with the slow speed then choose a cheap unlimited like xlned

good source for comparison is:

http://www.usenetprovider-uebersicht.de/Flatrate.php (http://www.usenetprovider-uebersicht.de/Flatrate.php)

http://www.usenetprovider-uebersicht.de/Blockacc.php (http://www.usenetprovider-uebersicht.de/Blockacc.php)

it's in german but you might still get the point since it's mostly numbers
