You switched off what?

You should not have to use quickpar. Everything should be done by altbinz.

however, if I download rar files some are in capital letters
but maybe I am doing something wrong or the settings are not correct
hopefully you can help me
thanks in advance

Please take a screenshot of your settings (Download, Download2,NZB,NZB2,PAR2,Unrar) and post them here and will go from there.
Or even faster - arrange remote access for me in next few minutes and I can check directly what's going on. (Temaviewer)

I'm having problems seeing anything on those unclickable thumbnails.

Regarding teamviewer, set it up, and pm me details.

Problem is that you don't have par & unrar enabled.
