Hi, I use altbinz nzb play option very often to stream all kinds of stuff. Often I get the error message mentioned in the topic, what does it exactly mean ? I think I had some files, that didn't need any repairing but still would not start to play (would have to recheck that, but I really think they weren't damaged.). What are the known limitations to the nzb play thingie ?
Thanks.

Why did you think they weren't damaged?

I thought that, because no files had to be repaired. Had the exact same behaviour again yesterday, with files that were downloaded and didn't have to be repaired when they were finished. This makes me believe, there might be some limitation of the nzb play feature, that I am not aware of.
Since I have a file, that I cannot stream right now - maybe someone can tell me, if the nzb play option is limited to files, that are rared like this:
.rar, .r01, .r0* ...
Because atm I am downloading files that are named like this:
.part1.rar, .part2.rar, .part3.rar
Right-clicking and pressing "play" doesn't seem to do anything here, not even a log message.

I don't like the basic concept. Trying to play a video while it is downloading from Usenet is not a good idea, the data must first be verified as intact. If you have verified all the files as good, then use a different RAR player to determine if the problem is with NZBPlayer or with the files themselves.

Error[12] corrupt data is returned by unrar.dll So my bet would be the rar files were corrupted
