file translation

hello, i download the last release. I see that we can now translate a file to have Alt.binz in our language. I't's cool but the file translate just the toolbar not "the setup" and the integrality of this software! :cry:

Today we can just translate 5% of the totality. Could we have the file who permit to translate everything of this fabulous software :wink:
