Title: Only getting results on Binsearch, am I doing something wrong

I've been using ALTBINZ for quite a few years but now when I do a general search I only get results in Binsearch and nowhere else. Do I need to tweak my settings ofr something??
Please help if you can as I'm struggling to find an answer here.
