Title: Process to reset?

Lately 0.31.6 has been crashing. It usually is very stable, but "something" is making it crash. Is there a way to clean/reset everything back to where it would be like a fresh install? Would it benefit to just delete all associated files and then start over fresh? I run Windows 7, so I'll have to find where the program stores all its program and config files.
