How to test RSS?

Anyone know a way to test the RSS feature and filters? since its hard to know what comes up especially during time of day when all show for instance have already been released!
Is there some RSS test feed somewhere, that could be customized so that our own filters can be tested?
Sure I can wait another day or 2 but thats not efficient :)

BTW, if there are spaces in the Windows path (for unrar for instance) I suppose quotation marks must be used?

FYI, RSS works perfectly - I have been using successfuly for a few days with nzbs.org.
