Title: question about the amount for donation

Hello,
I wanne donate 15 euro to alt binz but it's my first time i'm gonne pay with this site.
So here is my question. I saw that they ask a fee for doing a payment.
So my question is: Do I need to add the fee amount extra to the 15 euro's or not?

Who is asking for fee? Paypal doesn't ask it just takes :)

As stated - donate 15EUR or more.
