Title: Questions about contributors version ( 3 computer limit )

The 3 compters max limit.
How is this mesured, Is it by your IP because my IP changes very often so after like a day id be locked out.

Thanks and sorry if it sounds stupid but it best to be sure.

it uses a computer ID Hash...
