Title: rar segments slow after 90%

I have only just started to have this issue. 

Could be the news group provider (usenetmonster) or something else.   Running the version 0.39.4 and it goes fine until it hit rouls 90% of the requireed posts for a rar.  If it manages to complete before hitting int h 90% area it seams fine.

Is anyone else have any issue like this? 
Is there any logs or de-bugging that could assist in identifiny an issue?

Almost guaranteed that this means some articles can't be found and At.Binz is re-trying them based on what you've set in Setup > Connection.

See your Log tab for errors, enable 'detailed' logging in Setup.
