Title: Red and Green Highlighting

Can anyone tell me what the RED and GREEN highlighting represents.

I do a Binsearch for example, and most items are highlighted in Green, but several files are highlighted in RED.

Does this mean the file is bad or incomplete, and i should avoid D/L ?

red means there are incomplete files , green means there no in complete files
