Why damaged files?

Hi, ever since the last few days i started to get 'Error 532/547', '430 430 No such article', and unable to download usable file. Why is that?
I seem to only downloading damaged files.... Can someone please help?? Thanks

That's a question for your usenet provider.
Those messages are returned by server to inform program that server doesn't have those articles.

What does that mean? It's not just one particular file, it's unable to download any open-able rar files.
What can i do to solve this?
I'm using version 0.28.5.
