Rss feeds how to get them to work

I am using nzbs.in for my nzbs and I load the ones I want into my cart and sabdnzb reads it fine and queues them up without issue. I am not a fan of that app. I like alt.binz alot better but it won't read my feed.

How do I get this to work? Am stumped.

Don't have access to that site, but it should be the same as with any newznab site.
Go to /rss page, see link for 'My cart', add it into altbinz, set filters to '* | A' and everything from cart will be added to altbinz on refresh.
