Problem with authentication

I am using version 30.1, but the program will not authenticate, is there something wrong with the system which checks the user credentials?

Everything is fine with system.

From that point - nothing. My guess is firewall.

Wel thanx for the right way to point me, after some activity watching on my firewall, I found out the there was a proxy setting still active in the settings.
I am at home right now, fogot to disable this setting.
