Title: Saving Prefs

Hi.

The idea is in the title: it could be quite useful to be able to save all the prefs in a file so we can import them in a future new installation (new computer, new system...).

This is not a feature we would use every day, but it could be quite helpful as it takes a very long time to read all the setup options one by one, ticking, unticking or fill all the fields.

Preferences are stored in the file config.abz, in the [Application Data\Alt.Binz]\misc subdirectory.
