Title: Scheduler based on time ?

I am looking to join a new ISP soon, one that has separate usage for peak and off peak times ( our plans here in Australia are so pathetic  >:( ).
I'm wondering if there is any provision in altbinz, or maybe e future versions to actually setup the scheduler to basically hit full speed at a certain time of the day ? Or even just simply start downloads/connect at a certain time of the day ?

thx - but i can only see daily graphic in the setup options - could u point me to any help link that explains how to use it ?
