i have just done a reinstall of windows 7 and now im getting a "502 news.astraweb.com access denied" error, i dont use astraweb as my server provider, i use my isp which i pay for.  how can another server provider block my access?  any help would be great.

DNS resolves to Astraweb servers:

[DNS] Looking up news.internode.on.net...
[DNS] Canonical: news.internode.on.net Numerical: 216.151.153.22
[DNS] Canonical: unknown.sj.astraweb.com Numerical: 216.151.153.138
[DNS] Canonical: 22.sjc.astraweb.com Numerical: 207.246.207.22

So I guess your ISP uses Astra. No doubt your ISP support/forum will be able to help you out with your authentication issues.
