Sorry to keep asking questions,
But this is just the application and new folders. I just saved it to my desktop. If I copy them to the old directory I will loose all my info that is stored in the present ones.
I thought it would be an installation.
Should i just replace the altbinz.exe, language,and misc  file?
What should I do here?

That looks  like it has solved the problem. Updating to 0.24.7
I have downloaded 3 and no problem at all.
