Decoding files
« on: August 12, 2009, 08:37:33 pm »
I do not know if this is by design or a bug, but when i am downloading a nzb file and it has downloaded say 25 files it starts decoding these files (Step 1).
Step 2: Then in the meantime i get another nzb file and move it to the top so it starts downloading the files first.
When these files are completed before the files that are decoded from Step 1.
I first have to wait before all the files are decoded from step 1 before the decoding starts from the files from step 2.
I think this is a bit annoying as i wanted the files from step 2 first, so i think it would be normal they get decoded first in stead of the files from step 1.
Or is there an option for this already somewhere....thanks!

Alt.binz starts decoding a file as sonn as it has finsihed downloading it, so I do not really undertand what your problem is.

As far as I can tell, that's how it's designed.

cr4azyfr4g:
1. He downloads rars for file A, after which these start decoding (imagine there's a queue of files decoding)
2. He now downloads rars for file B, after which these are added AFTER the already existing queue of rars for file A

By design -> first downloaded-first decoded
