Title: Slow Download Speeds...

Anyone facing slow dl speeds? I am using Vista and Alt Binz 0.24.2 and it was alright last week with speeds up to 1.2mb/sec

Now its at a all time low of 100kb/sec, anyone know what is wrong? And no i am not downloading any other stuff via torrents or direct download.

ANy ideas what's wrong?

What provider do you use (usenet)? What does their status page say? Do the low speeds occur only on usenet? Tried restarting your modem?

Usenet News has had problems recently with their secure servers.  Anyway, this is not Alt.Binz related.  The proggy will pull your maximum available bandwidth, it's as simple as that.  Any problems - check your system and your service provider(s), test with another proggy or web download, etc.  Believe me when I say that there's litle anyone here can do to help you.

There are too many threads like this, so from now I'm just going to be closing them all.
