Problems with downloading!

I installed Alt.Binz according the instructions.
I have a newsserver from my provider AtHome.
My problem no is that when I use the files form this newserver and click on Connect I get the following log-entry:

[17-7-2007 22:14:26] [T1] Could not connect (AtHome) 502 Authentication error

I have a firewall/router.

What could be the problem?

Most probably incorrect username and/or password.  Make sure you type in the details (without spaces), don't cut & paste, if that still doesn't work you need to check with your service provider that you have the right info.

And certainly you'll want to enable access through your firewall if you haven't already done so.

I'm sure the settings of the newsgroupserver are correct because I use the same ones in GrabIT and this works.
I disabled my firewall but this has no results.
Is there anyone with the same configuration having the same problem?

By the way, when I use beta.binaries.nl it doesn't work either. When I press Connect than it says "Connecting [Beta]"but in the log it shows:

where <filename> is much longer ofcourse
