Title: sorting backupservers

I want to sort the backupservers in the options menu (and also the sorting is visible in the window where you can see the progress of downloading).
I have 5 backupservers, each with it's own level defined. They are added at random (imported from v39.15) and it would be easier to see in which order they are.
The same while downloading. In my case, level 5 server is right below level 0 and then level 4, 6, ...
Also it would be nice that when you scroll with the up/down cursor the right settings of the server is visible. Now it's only available when double clicking the server.

Maybe it's already possible, but I didn't find it  ;)

Go into setup->servers and there you can move servers up/down
