Title: ssl secure connection using Alt.Binz 0.28.1 suggestions

I'm using Alt.Binz 0.28.1 with astraweb.com 20 connections and Windows Vista . When I enable ssl It causes Alt.Binz 0.28.1 to freeze up and sends my cpu rating over 50 in task manager. When using another newsreader using ssl I have no problem.  I love Alt.Binz and would love to keep using but I also love ssl security. Any help would be great thanks. :)

What does your log say? if you haven't, eneable it.
when does this freezing exactly ocur? directly after settting the preferences or when u restart? Is alt.binz started as admin?

I too had this problems when i first set up my SSL connection in Alt.binz , it seemed to be caused by the amount of connections i had , i was using 20 and it was locking up , so i changed it to 10 and its been fine since
