StatusCode: 500
« on: May 23, 2009, 12:14:00 am »
Hi,

I installed and started using Alt.Binz yesterday.  Everything worked perfectly.

Today when I try to use the application I am encountering a problem where when I try to download a file the progress flashes 0% in the Download Queue.

I get the following error(?) in the Log file:

[22/05/2009 22:53:40] [T1] Retry 1/1 [32346]-[#altbin@efnet]-[FULL]-[32346]-[001/138] - filename.par2
[22/05/2009 22:53:40] [T1] StatusCode: 500

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate Edition, Windows Firewall and Alt.Binz version 0.25.0.

I have ensured that all of the settings are as per the instructions and I have not made any changes since yesterday.

If you could help me I would be very grateful!!

Thanks,

rEkkE

500 is 'Command not recognized / bad command'.  Which provider are you with?  Do you only see those errors when Alt.Binz is retrying files, as in your example?

Hi Hecks,

Thanks for your reply.  Nice to know I can get support here.

I tried another application and got the same thing, "Status Code: 500".

I found that I had actually reached my download limit with my provider! :o

So everything is fine now.  Thanks again!   ;)
