Title: Strange Speed Problem

I have a very strange speed problem at the moment, and when downloading I only get speeds of 20kb/s.

At first I thought my ISP was throttling, but this can not be the case as I tried using GrabIt and saw my connection maxed out using exactly the same server (and same port + same number of connections). I can't figure out what's wrong, the scheduler is off so I can't think of what else it could be.

I would much rather use Alt Binz. The speed was fine before and nothing else that I can think of has changed. Using an SSL connection I get a better speed of around 300kb/s, but this is still not maxing out my connection. I also tried deleting the folder and using the older version of Alt Binz (2.42), but I still have the same problem.

Also thought it could be a firewall problem, so I set it to allow all yet still no luck. If you can think of anything else it could be I would appreciate your help.

Problem appears to have fixed itself. I don't think it was a problem with Alt Binz as I had the same thing with another newsreader.

Anyway, please please lock/delete this thread.
