Ok..

Just got the program, tried downloading a piece of software. downloaded the nbz no problem. But when I queue it up.
Nothing happens, I'm hitting Connect and it's not downloading.

I have no idea what's wrong..

please help.

I'm dumb

I thought my newsgroups required auth


(and I work in tech support.. fail)
