Title: Temporary Files staying in Temp Folder w/ long names, not going to dl folder

Everything I download is saved in the temp folder, in folders with long extensions like

09182390809s8df098s09du0asij00iasd0

And are not transferring to the download folder...

[Deleted: nobody wants to know what you're downloading.  Filter your log, please.]

Any ideas??

Happens with everything....
