Title: Tray baloon when adding from rss?

Is there anyway to let altbinz notify me when adding rss downloads? Sometimes it adds downloads and starts downloading and I dont even notice.

Not specifically for RSS, but you can enable Setup > User Interface > 'Tray ballon hints on complete download/unrar', along with 'Display speed in tray' just above it, which should give you a better idea of what's going on.
