Trying to set up Altbinz after computer was reformatted

Tried searching this but could only find minimal help.
Had to reset and reinstall windows on my computer meaning that altbinz was reinstalled and had to reenter the settings.
I have the latest version and deleted the previous versions but when it connects that serves come up as IDLE.
Can't find the config files if that is the issue. Otherwise at a loss!

Everything looks fine on this end. Did you enter server data? Did you enable it?

Yes I did
seemed to connect but action is showing as Idle?

Normal if there is nothing to download. Also note "Connected while idle' setting under server properties.

Thought that was it but showing connected and authenticated but not downloading
what was in the queue
