Nzb's won't unpack with password in metadata
« on: July 29, 2020, 08:53:35 pm »
I used to download from nzbserver just fine, but now it won't unpack the password protected files anymore.

The password is supposed to be in the metadata.

Halp?

Example NZB would be useful. Upload it somewhere and send me the link via PM.

I have always manually unpacked passworded posts, so I didn't even realize Alt.Binz had this ability.

Just tested it with a passworded nzb containing the metadata (not from nzbserver) and it extracted with no trouble :)

@Pygmy, did you open the nzb with wordpad or something similar to verify the meta tag exists?
It's usually near the top and should look like this: <meta type="password">abcde12345</meta>
