Title: Unrar never happens?

Using the latest version but i find after a successful download the unrar never happens for me?  Anything to check for here?  I have it set to unrar after download.

I also find if a part is missing the repair also never happens.

Start by checking:

1. Any errors in your Log.
2. The PAR2 tab info.
3. Whether any par2 files have been downloaded (no par2 = no unrar).

Ah my dad used to have similar issues, I cleared all the data from alt.binz, in applications data (on XP) and the entire installation folder and reinstalled Alt.Binz. Solved it.
Except for 1 issue, if 1 or more blocks are missing, Alt.Binz wont auto download the amount of par2 needed and start the repair, it will just sit there doing nothing...
But if you unpause the par2 manually and let it download, it will go over to repair and unrar :S.

So try Clean reinstalling Alt.Binz and see if it works for you too!

Thanks - I'll try deleting the Appdata stuff and trying again... Is it just in: C:\Users\user_name_here\AppData\Local  or are there registry settings and other items?

First you need to check the information I suggested - no need to delete anything at this stage.

And no, it's certainly not the case that Alt.Binz won't autounpause the needed blocks - this is standard behaviour. If you're having problem, post the details here.

Thanks -I had logging turned off so I just enabled it and will check....  I also noticed "Small Part2" was ticked as "import as paused" when downloading - would that cause the issue?

If no par2 file is downloaded - no par2 file is imported into par2 tab. If no entry in par2 tab - no unraring of that par2 set.

Yup, must have been the importing the small par2 files as paused that was the issue.  I must have changed that setting at some point. Just tested and the last download auto unrar'd as expected. Thanks for the help!
