***Solved*** But decided to hang my head in shame and leave this up in case anyone else has this issue. I was certain I was doing everything right, AND I was. Uninstalled winrar. Reinstalled it. Everything is working. I'm assuming something else I have removed WinRAR's permissions. All is good once again. I'm just having a rough day
The Wiki site is dead, and the sticky on using the unrar functions is from 2006 and points to screenshots that aren't there anymore so hopefully I don't get banned for what I'm sure is a very simple question that I probably shouldn't be asking.
I downloaded a file and it turned into 13 separate files. I'm assuming I need to compile them together somehow.
Looking at the sticky it refers to the "Par2" option. In my settings I have the following boxes checked:
- "PAR2 Checking"
- "PAR2 repairing"
- - "Cleanup after PAR2 repair"
- "Save PAR2 tab info on exit"
- - "ReCheck all PAR2 sets on start"
I have tried various configurations of the above options with no luck.
I have also configured new Temporary FOlder and Default Download Folder locations. In that section I have "Create subfolders based" and "Skip if file is already downloaded" checked.
I Have deleted the contents and tried downloading it multiple times now with the same results. (Also right click unrar doesn't do anything).
***Seems obvious, but additional info:
I've been out of the NZB/AltBinz/USENET world since 2009 so I'm beyond rusty.
