Title: verify failed

HI,
I have just recently been getting quite a few of my larger files I am downloading coming back saying that the quickpar failed due to "verify failed".
When I download smaller items like only 1.5 gig ( Shows) no problem. But in 4.7 gigs is when I am having that happen.
I did a google and one forum said it might be faulty memory??
Anyone know about this?

Could be RAM (bad RAM, wrong timings), but also HD could be problem.
