Title: Winrar Diagnostic message,,what do i do now?

Hi, just finished download [deleted] then I want to extract it to my desktop and while waiting, an error message showed:

 :(  :?:   What do I have to do?

Another, what does Par2 means? I saw in some of the files I downloaded and I cant watch or see anything when it has this Par2,, sorry, im not really technically minded, just trying to... :cry:
