Wondering About putting computer to sleep

I have RSS Feeds enabled.

I was wondering if Altbinz checking the feed every 30 min is preventing my computer from sleeping?

It is the only thing I can think of.

Have it set to a 4 hour timer for sleep.

Computer never sleeps.

If so is there a way around this.
