Wont Close, Extra Download Lines

Wow i have been having problems with ALT.binz Software and not just the latest version but up to and about 3 versions back, So it must be something happening on my end, here is what is going on.

Alt.binz wont close when i hit X Button and its is set to close on X.

Alt.binz Freezes for no Reason at all.
Alt.binz Icon Tabs Stay Pressed like Connect and Pause, even though i press them to unconnect. it does unconnect, but the Icon Tab looks like it is still pressed/Selected.

Alt.binz Very Unresponsive at time,   Ive delt with it but its getting a little annoying, can someone please help ?

Alt.binz has to be Force Kill via tase Manager "End Process"

Im on Windows Vista 64 bit , 8 GM of Ram, 4 Terrabytes of HD Space.  and currrent versions of ALT.binz " Latest "

Like i said this is happening with older versions as well

Down Load Speed is 8.9 Mbps of about 9.6 Mbps
According to Myspeed.com Test.

Upload Speed 493 Kbps

Ram is 4.00 GB

When altbinz is unresponsive, could you take a screenshot of task manager/process list.
