Title: Ability to apply changes on the server tab after changing only the password

If you go to Setup > Servers and change the password of a server, the apply button remain grey. You have to change the username as well in order for the apply button to be enabled (e.g add a letter at the username and after that delete it again).

Nothing critical, but it would be nice if the apply button was enabled if only the password is changed. ;)
