Add when complete to DL queue

Hi there.

My request : add a right click option "add to download queue when complete (green)" or "refresh and add to download queue in 1/2/3 hour(s)" maybe

Because newsleech or binsearch refresh their headers DB every 15/20 minutes.
I often have to search, search again until the search result is "green"

Some of you might tell me : use XPAT and filters... well, this is neither well documented (no offense) nor very friendly to use

This might be a new queue tab : waiting for refresh

it might be a nice feature in case u are looking for somthing spontaneously and u have the bad luck that it is still in the process of uploading.
For future posts where u can aproximatly predict the size and/or newsgroup a decent RSS-Source and filters is the way to go methinks...
