Alt.binz starting automatically with Windows

This may well be me being my usual unobservant self but I can't find a button that allows alt.binz to start automatically when I restart Windows. If there is one can someone lead me to it. If not may I respectfully request one, as I'm forgetful as well as unobservant, and often miss my free Gb allowance as a result.

Add an Alt.Binz shortcut to your Windows Startup/Start Menu folder.

Tried that, for some reason I'm not being allowed to do so, maybe some sort of permission issue. A button would be nice anyway, for convenience.
