Archive of Downloads History
« on: April 30, 2011, 04:06:03 am »
Hi There!

I am wondering if there is a way to handle the presentation of the download queue, so that newly added items appear at the top? I have tried sorting, but for me at least in the last 3-4 versions the sort hasn't worked, and the settings don't save if you exit the program.

Also if you right click the columns, there is a small spelling mistake (delete srchives).

You can make a request for an option for adding collections to the top. Sorting collections works just fine (just tested). Sort order was never saved on exit (and probably never will)
Speeling mistake - fixed.

I'm still confused by the name of this thread

Should I make a separate thread or will this thread serve as a request to have newest at top?

Originally when I made this thread I was going to ask that you have just enough download history on that first page to allow the most recent to be on the list, and then have a history tab to show the rest, however I thought that perhaps it was just that the sort history wasn't working properly (and forgot to adjust the topic) and that would achieve a similar result. Obviously if that won't save each time, then sorting won't fix the problem, but newest at top would definitely do the job. (Though personally I preferred the original idea myself of a separate tab.

New properly defined request for single item.
