I have to disappoint you guys. It's not going to happen for various reasons (usage load on hosting, less forum visits...)

I agree, in our hectic lives, if we just clicked the button to upgrade we would visit here less and would miss stuff or fail to participate

i prefer user intervention for new versions, test the waters before you walk away... could be a serious flaw/bug ;)

for instance with 0.35.2 it imported everything from my import directory even though i had it unchecked in the settings, the directory was greyed out but it knew where to find it regardless (tested it once but never use it) so it was a "slight" annoyance but nothing major...

but can you add a direkt Link to the downlaod topic on the Version Button? This would be nice.

There is a similar request in the Open requests section of this board. I don't mind the current method of updating at all. All you need to do is download and extract. If that's too much trouble for you, only update when you really need to.
