Auto shorten file path

Some files do have a very long name. So Alt.Binz cannot decode them.

An option, which shortens file path or warns user that it is too long, would be greate.

I know it is known, Just in case we don't forget ;)

Second that request please - I just ran into this issue yesterday with a .nzb that I had exported from Xnews which was way too long and I forgot to shorten myself.
