You can put a shortcut to Alt.Binz in the Start->All Programs->Startup folder.

I created a small program that placed in the Start->All Programs->Startup folder and having checked the Enable the XML state file, if you run Altbinz pending downloads, and if not there, not running, freeing system resources
If someone wants to be asked.
