balloon click open download folder

I was just wondering if an option was possible to open the download folder when you left click on the balloon that says its complete, en to close/ignore the balloon when you right click on it.

I was surprised that this feature wasn't included when I saw the balloon in the first place...

thought about that one myself some time ago. would be a smother quicker ways to get to the dl folder so i am all for it, even though i hardly use the windows explorer anymore because the integrated one is quicker and has favorites.
